What is the status of my order ?

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do i need to setup an account to place an order?
You need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

What is your return policy ?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the delivery date to submit a return request and 30 days to return the item(s) back to us.
What is the warranty period on your products?
We have a standard 1-year warranty on all our brands, but few brands also offer 2-3 years warranty on their products. Please contact us, if you have any questions, related to particular brand warranty and support.
Where do i need to ship, in case my product gets defective?
You need to ship the unit back to us on our New Delhi Head Office for service, repair and replacement.
