Beatbox Entertainment Return Policy

At Beatbox Entertainment, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. We strive to provide the highest quality products and services, and our return policy is designed to balance customer convenience with maintaining the integrity of our brand.

General Return Guidelines

1. Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition, with complete packaging, accessories, and the original invoice.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via:

Beatbox Entertainment will verify the complaint, and if deemed valid, we will arrange for a replacement. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

3. Reverse Pickup

For valid return cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup. The product must be securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.

Policy for High-Value Products (Above ₹100,000)

Products priced above ₹100,000 are not eligible for return or refund, except under the following conditions:

The product is defective.

The product does not match the description or specifications mentioned on our website.

Damage occurred during transit if transit insurance was opted for (verified at the time of delivery).

To initiate a return for such products, you must provide detailed proof (e.g., images, videos, or other documentation). Beatbox Entertainment reserves the right to assess the validity of the claim before accepting any return or refund request.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

For all eligible returns:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

All original accessories, user manuals, and packaging must be intact.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or buyer’s remorse, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:

1. Products priced above ₹100,000 without a valid reason.

2. Customized or personalized items.

3. Products with visible signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

4. Items sold as part of clearance or sale promotions, marked as “Final Sale.”

5. DAW software and other licensed software.

6. Studio monitors, speakers, and subwoofers are not eligible for return or refund once an order is placed unless a valid reason is provided and accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds for prepaid orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via online bank transfer.

Replacement orders will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Cancellations

1. By Beatbox Entertainment

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

Product unavailability.

Non-serviceable delivery locations.

Errors in pricing or product information.

In such cases, customers will receive a 100% refund of the prepaid amount.

2. By Customers

Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not been processed or shipped.

For orders that have been processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
